A re-minder to breathe is a little silly. I guess the re-minder should be: BREATHE like you meant it! Take a deep breath …. feel it as it fills your lungs and fresh oxygen enters the brain, exhale deeply and then repeat. It really only takes a few seconds but the effects can be life changing.


do something now

Take a second to breathe and curl up the ends of your mouth. Not a full blown smile, just a little half smile. Hold it for a few seconds. Does it affect your mood? Does it make you want to enjoy a full blown grin?
